Returns

Products can be returned only if they are damaged during delivery or have manufacturing defects. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition

  • Proof of purchase must be provided

  • Images or videos of the damaged product may be required

Refund Process

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made furniture or special order products cannot be returned unless they have manufacturing defects.
